What do you eat when you are feeling unwell? I have created a new page to collect the food and drinks that I have learnt from my mom and friends, so I can always refer to when needed ( I can be forgetful too). We have some of these days where we need to eat and drink something simple to cleanse our body or detox a bit, I am not an expert in detox but I do belief when we feel something not right or comfort in our body, we have to pay attention and listen to our body and act on it accordingly before it gets more serious.
