I am looking for a recipe to make Ossenworst. Would it be possible that you would have one. When we were Holland I looked in all kinds of recipe books and I was unable to find it. Thanks so much. Carol Jacobszoon
Hi Carol, You must like Ossenworst a lot : ) Unfortunately, the Dutch I know, they all buy from a reliable butcher but not homemade. Unfortunately, I cannot help you with this matter. I am now curious to search, if I happen to find one, I will write to you again.
Kind regards. Janet
